AfterQuery Experts is seeking Finance Experts to train and evaluate how AI models reason about finance. This is a fully remote, asynchronous, project-based contract role in Waltham, MA (remote), with a flexible cadence that fits your schedule. If you enjoy precision in financial analysis and clear, structured feedback, this position offers meaningful impact in a YC-backed research lab.

What you’ll do

Develop challenging finance prompts and scenarios spanning modeling, valuation, accounting, corporate finance, and markets
Assess AI model outputs for accuracy, sound reasoning, and subtle errors
Share clear, well-documented feedback to support iterative improvements

What you bring

Professional experience in finance, accounting, investment analysis, or a related field
A strong grasp of financial statements, valuation methods, and financial metrics
Exceptional analytical skills and strong written communication

Compensation and flexibility

USD 60 to 80 per hour based on expertise and project scope. Engagement is fully remote and asynchronous, allowing you to work on your own schedule.
