Financial Analyst - AI Trainer

AfterQuery Experts is a YC-backed research lab working on how frontier AI models reason about finance. This remote, asynchronous, project-based role is designed for finance professionals who enjoy clear analysis, precise writing, and evaluating reasoning quality. You will help train and assess AI model performance by creating finance prompts and reviewing responses for accuracy and subtle mistakes.

What you will do

• Develop challenging finance prompts and scenarios spanning modeling, valuation, accounting, corporate finance, and markets
• Assess model outputs for accuracy, sound reasoning, and subtle errors
• Deliver clear, well-documented feedback to guide improvements

What you bring

• Professional experience in finance, accounting, investment analysis, or a related field
• A strong command of financial statements, valuation methods, and financial metrics
• Exceptional analytical and written communication skills

Compensation and flexibility

• Competitive pay: USD 60 to 80 per hour, based on expertise and project
• Fully remote role based in Pensacola, FL (remote)
