Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs and deliver personalized guidance for financial protection and planning objectives.
• Create and implement tailored strategies to help safeguard clients’ assets, income, and long-term financial well-being.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients’ financial plans and update insurance policies as circumstances or goals change.
• Build a network through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
• Obtain state insurance licenses (training provided; sponsorship considered).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.

Compensation

• Salary range: USD 70,000 - 95,000 per year.
