Financial Representative
Job Description
Work in a hybrid role helping individuals and businesses pursue long-term financial security through tailored planning and insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to learn their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns
- Create comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement
- Evaluate client needs and recommend insurance strategies to help protect assets and income
- Review and monitor financial plans, providing regular updates and adjusting strategies as circumstances change
- Grow and maintain a client network through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or business development is beneficial but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Obtain necessary licenses, including Series 6, Series 63, and state insurance licenses (training and sponsorship available)
Compensation
- USD 62,000 - 87,000 per year
