Job Description
Mutual of Omaha Advisors is recruiting participants for its Accelerator Program in Phoenix, AZ to develop into a Financial Representative / independent Financial Advisor. The program combines structured learning, practical sales and marketing exposure, mentorship, and training focused on delivering holistic financial advice.

- Compensation: USD 98,000 per yearly (up to $98,000.00 per year)
Program Overview
The Accelerator Program is designed to help you build the knowledge and client-facing skills needed to provide tailored financial solutions. You will receive mentorship and training intended to support your transition from trainee learning to an independent career path as a Financial Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a comprehensive learning program to develop the ability to deliver holistic financial advice to clients.
- Build hands-on sales and marketing experience, including learning how to grow your own business.
- Develop prospecting and networking skills through community engagement, social media, and personal relationships.
- Follow the supported process of creating tailored financial solutions, from proposal through policy, with guidance from top-tier mentors.
- Learn how to educate, empower, and guide families toward lifelong financial confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a people-first mindset.
- A growth-oriented attitude that values inclusion, curiosity, and courageous communication.
- Willingness to obtain the required Life & Health insurance licenses; licensing coach, study materials, and associated fees will be provided before the program starts.
- Ability to pass a CRD/FINRA background check and complete securities licensing within 24 months.
- Reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage: $16/hour during the trainee period (only for 30 days)
- Promotion path: Financial Representative role with an annual base plus unlimited monthly sales incentives

Preferred Qualifications
