Financial Representative - Training Provided

What you will do

• Connect with clients to understand their financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
• Build comprehensive financial plans that can include investments, insurance, and retirement.
• Develop and implement insurance strategies designed to protect clients’ assets and income.
• Review and monitor plans over time, providing regular updates and adjusting strategies as circumstances change.
• Grow your client network through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.

Licensing and training support

Training and sponsorship are provided to help you obtain required licenses, including Series 6, Series 63, and applicable state insurance licenses. Licensing costs may be eligible for reimbursement in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or business development is beneficial but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with analytical thinking and the ability to build trust and rapport.
