Job Description
This inbound contact center role supports advisors or investors with timely, accurate service across a range of financial topics.
Responsibilities
- Complete a structured onboarding experience, including instructor-led training with on-the-job training
- Participate in ongoing training during your first 18 months to broaden support across additional call types
- Handle inbound inquiries and work through issues that can range from simple balance questions to more complex, cross-functional financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal service partners to reach a resolution for the caller
- Support an average of 25-30 call interactions per day
- Work in a team environment with peers focused on similar service skills and goals
- Attend frequent touchpoints with your Manager to support success in the role
- As part of career development, access opportunities to acquire financial industry licensing (availability may apply)
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Hold the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification or obtain it by the deadline specified as a condition of employment
- High School diploma or equivalent

- Ask probing questions and actively listen to reach agreement with the caller

Additional Information
- Training may be up to 20 weeks
- During training, you will be required to be onsite full time; after orientation, the role is hybrid based on leadership determination
Pay Range
- $23.18-$38.63/hour
- Actual base salary varies based on factors including relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location
