Job Description
Dominion Bank is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Financial Services Representative to serve clients onsite in Grapeland, TX.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to identify financial goals and needs.
- Provide expert guidance on bank products and services.
- Assist clients in selecting from a range of accounts, products, and services.
- Discuss and manage documents related to the bank's electronic banking service.
- Prepare documents for electronic banking services.
- Process electronic banking documents as required.
- Decide on the opening of new accounts.
- Complete forms required to open new accounts.
- Apply basic math and retail math to analyze client financial situations.
- Maintain ongoing communication to support relationship management.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in financial or retail settings.
- Strong sales background with a focus on relationship management.
- Familiarity with financial services and products is highly desirable.
- Proficient with financial software tools for managing client accounts.
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an understandable way.
