Financial Services Representative

Financial Services Representative role at Perez Producers Financial Services in Tucson, AZ, offering a hybrid remote setup. The position focuses on helping families move toward long-term financial security through education, tailored solutions, and ongoing support through insurance, investment, and home loan processes.

What You’ll Do

• Educate families on financial concepts and the range of available solutions
• Assist clients in developing customized plans for life insurance protection, retirement planning, debt elimination, and home loan guidance
• Support clients throughout the life insurance, investment, and home loan processes
• Provide appropriate products and services while assisting customers with their financial needs
• Manage customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service
• Build long-term relationships centered on trust and financial confidence
• Process loan applications, including origination, documentation, and approval workflows
• Perform fraud prevention and detection measures to safeguard customer accounts and company assets
• Use financial software to record transactions, update account information, and generate reports

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training will be provided
• Proven experience in financial sales, customer service, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of loan origination, loan processing, debts & credits, and cash management procedures
• Familiarity with financial software systems and proficiency in 10 key typing for efficient data entry
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively
• Basic math skills including retail math, banking calculations, and general numerical accuracy
• Ability to proactively detect potential fraud or suspicious activity
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance requirements
• Prior experience with relationship management, sales, and banking operations is preferred
• If you are not licensed, willingness to invest in order to obtain required licensing
• Attendance requirement acknowledgment for mandatory training every Tuesday at 7PM

Compensation

• Pay: $250.00 - $15,000.00 per month
