Job Description
The Financial Solutions Advisor role is based in Seattle, on-site, delivering tailored financial guidance and investment solutions to clients. The position involves building financial plans, recommending brokerage products, and triaging client inquiries to internal partners, with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define short and long term financial goals, developing a comprehensive plan with brokerage options across stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking/money management solutions
- Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned to client objectives and risk considerations
- Screen client requests and refer to the appropriate internal service providers based on needs and asset thresholds
- Monitor and mitigate risk as part of daily operations
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center activities
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and suitable product services
Requirements
- Currently hold Series 7 and 66 licenses; if the candidate has a 63 or 65 instead, an offer may be extended with the condition of passing the missing series within 60 days
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and knowledge of investment products and services
- At least one year of experience in the financial services sector and/or a sales environment with measurable goals
- Ability to set and achieve goals, and to build and maintain strong relationships
- Collaborative work style with the ability to operate effectively in a team
- Effective and confident communication, comfortable engaging a diverse client base
- Proven ability to manage goals, handle complexity, prioritize tasks, and perform in a fast paced setting
- Curious and adaptive mindset, eager to learn and identify client solutions
- Strong time management and capacity planning skills
- Thorough approach to regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long term client strategies
Desired Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Three or more years of experience in the financial services sector and/or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded
- Professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC)
