Job Description

Bank of America is hiring a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I onsite in Vacaville, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Earn and secure securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through tailored instruction.
  • Initiate, develop, and manage client relationships.
  • Assess clients' complex financial situations and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Humanize financial conversations to enhance understanding and trust.
  • Deliver Bank of Americas core banking and investment solutions and client-care approach from a financial center.
  • Progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II by expanding and deepening relationships within a client portfolio.
  • Leverage Academy programs, tools, and resources throughout the career journey.
  • Register with and maintain good standing under the SAFE Act, including completing the background check.

Requirements

  • Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses.
  • Self-discipline in time and workload management.
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
  • Proven ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Results-driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
  • Current FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) license.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
