Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships from initial contact through ongoing engagement
  • Assess a client’s complex financial picture and provide guidance and solutions that help them live their best financial life, with a human-centered approach
  • After achieving key milestones, transition into a financial center to deliver core banking, investment solutions, and client care
  • Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, conduct client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients reach their financial goals
  • Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to deliver integrated solutions
  • Connect clients to the full suite of Bank of America and Merrill resources to meet a broad range of financial needs
  • Continuously grow business knowledge using a defined consultative approach to identify needs and appropriate solutions
  • Interact with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients alike

Requirements

  • Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses
  • Self-discipline in managing time and capacity
  • Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
  • Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
  • Results-driven mindset that prioritizes the client’s interests in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications

Details

Location: Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (onsite)

Compensation: USD 28 - 33 per hour

Education required: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Schedule: Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Hours per week: 40
