In this role, you will work directly with clients to craft tailored financial solutions that integrate stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and annuities alongside banking and money management options. The position emphasizes hands-on planning, regulatory diligence, and the ability to partner with internal teams to meet client needs and grow the business responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define short and long term financial goals and craft a tailored plan that incorporates brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and refer to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Mitigate and manage risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or existing financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services.
Requirements
- Licenses required: Series 7 and 66. If you hold Series 7 with a 63 or 65 in place of the 66, a conditional offer may be extended with a 60 day window to pass the missing series.
- At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience in the financial services sector and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals, build and nurture client relationships, and collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with all clients, with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment by prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Thorough and thoughtful approach to regulatory due diligence in daily activities and long term client strategies.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as required. Sample shifts include 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
