Responsibilities
- Support delivery of core banking, investment solutions, and Bank of America’s client care approach
- Acquire, build, and manage client relationships
- Review a client’s complex financial picture and guide clients with advice and solutions to help them meet their financial goals, while keeping interactions human-centered
- Use a defined consultative approach to identify needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and develop business knowledge
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice and deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence
- Recommend strategies aligned to clients’ financial goals and life priorities
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with solutions through Bank of America and Merrill
- Build your network by engaging banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients from a financial center
- Progress through development stages, including potential movement into Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II after demonstrating success as a licensed FSA I
- Grow and deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients as you advance
Requirements
- Aptitude for obtaining required industry licenses
- Self-discipline for managing time and capacity
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions
- Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on client interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications
- Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements
- Residential loan mortgage originations require registration with the federal registry system and to remain in good standing
- Must register and submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process due to SAFE Act requirements
- Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination
- Education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Licensing / Training Support
- Earn Security Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 through structured lessons and dedicated study time
- Timeline requirements:
- Obtain SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Obtain Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days of being hired
- 63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66
- Get training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers
- Participate in world-class training and on-boarding programs
Desired Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience

Schedule
- Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays
- Hours per week: 40
