Responsibilities
- Support Advisors' book of business by processing operational requests such as account openings, money movement, and investment trades in a timely and accurate manner
- Build and sustain client relationships by handling requests, resolving issues, and providing current information
- Assist Advisors with ongoing wealth planning for clients
- Manage referral sources and contribute to new lead generation
- Support relationship and account reviews and promote firm services to deepen client relationships
- Prepare timely and accurate performance reports
- Actively participate in risk management, including Know Your Customer procedures, account reviews, and inquiries
- Support operational procedures and compliance requirements, including completion of required forms and documentation
- Prioritize daily work, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines
- Foster a positive team culture
Requirements
- A valid and active Series 7 license is required or can be obtained within 120 days of employment
- If you were registered after October 1, 2018 you must also hold a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam
- A valid and active Series 66 (63/65), and Life and Health Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of starting in the role as a condition of employment
