Job Description

Responsibilities
- Be on-site at 130 Turner Street, Waltham, MA for a minimum of 3-4 days each week
- Develop, automate, and scale data analytics and visualization to measure performance, including pricing effectiveness, share gain, customer acquisition/retention, and win/loss analyses
- Own and lead in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for price growth and expansion, uncover trends, and provide observations, insights, and recommendations to support business decisions
- Partner with the commercial team as the finance lead on daily pricing requests, driving realized price and enforcing approvals per the approval matrix
- Steer the development of the Annual Operating Plan (Price) with market, economic, and competitive context; deliver monthly and quarterly price forecasts with risk and opportunity commentary
- Establish, improve, and maintain tools for pricing decisions, win/loss analysis, predictive modeling, and other analyses to create scalable business impact
- Perform ad hoc data analyses on customer, product, and market dynamics, translating insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial finance or FP&A
- Strong fundamentals in finance with experience supporting pricing and profitability analyses
