Senior Finance Analyst

SCA Health is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst in Exton, PA for a hybrid role, reporting to the Director of Financial Operations, Enterprise Services. The position supports Finance and Department Leaders with core operational and financial analysis, delivers standard monthly reporting, and contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and other time-sensitive ad hoc work.

Role Overview

In this role, you will analyze monthly performance, translate key variances into clear commentary for decision-makers, and help produce recurring operating and financial reports. You will also support the Financial Operations team through analytics, annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and additional special projects as assigned, including preparation of materials for monthly Enterprise Reviews.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly results and provide commentary on key variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Perform analytics to support the Financial Operations team and Department Leaders, identifying business implications from analysis
• Generate standard monthly operating and financial reports
• Support annual budgeting and complete quarterly forecasting
• Complete ad hoc requests and special projects
• Build presentations for monthly Enterprise Reviews

Requirements

• Strong analytical ability with critical thinking and intellectual curiosity, including sound decision-making skills
• Very proficient to expert-level skills using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proactive stakeholder management
• Strong organizational skills, including discretion, prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to recognize time constraints
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in a business field
• Bachelor’s degree in a business field required, such as Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Master’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Salary range: USD 80,000 - 86,000 per year
• Hybrid work schedule: must be able to work on-site 2 to 3 days per week
