Senior Finance Analyst

Regal Rexnord is hiring a Senior Finance Analyst to support commercial performance and drive decision-making across the IPS segment. In this hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI, you will report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Finance, translating commercial and financial data into actionable insights focused on growth and margin expansion.

This position combines forecasting and performance analysis with model development and ongoing process improvement. You will partner across commercial and cross-functional teams to strengthen planning, validate assumptions, and enhance the reporting and analytics tools used to guide strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Support the commercial demand forecasting process by analyzing historical performance, current trends, business inputs, and associated risks and opportunities.
• Analyze monthly commercial performance, including actuals versus plan, forecast, and prior year, and communicate key drivers and variances.
• Build forward-looking financial analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions to improve growth and profitability.
• Partner with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver financial analysis and decision support for key initiatives.
• Develop and enhance financial models, reporting tools, and dashboards to improve visibility into commercial performance and enable faster, data-driven decisions.
• Support the commercial finance components of the annual operating plan (AOP), forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and business case modeling to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Coordinate with divisional finance teams to understand performance, validate financial assumptions, and align forecasts and reporting.
• Support competitive, market, and customer analyses to inform commercial strategy and decision-making.
• Drive simplification, standardization, and automation across commercial finance reporting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity and validation across financial systems, reporting tools, and commercial datasets.
• Assist with ongoing development of OneStream, Power BI, and other analytical tools and reporting capabilities.
• Support compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in commercial finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or business-partnering roles.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial and commercial data and turn findings into actionable insights.
• Business acumen and interest in understanding commercial drivers behind financial results.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
• Self-starter mindset with continuous improvement and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Model

• Hybrid role: onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days per week (Monday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days including Friday.
