Job Description

This onsite Senior Financial Analyst role in Tempe, AZ supports reporting, forecasting, and analysis across Arden Trust, Kestra Investment Management, and Kestra Insurance. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and business teams to deliver accurate reporting and data-driven decision support through financial modeling across multiple product lines and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own budgeting and forecasting cycles for Arden Trust, Kestra Investment Management, and Kestra Insurance
  • Analyze monthly results with variance analysis against prior periods and budgets
  • Develop reporting packages and dashboards covering metrics such as AUM-based fees, commissions, premiums, and net flows
  • Build and maintain financial models to support projections and scenario analysis
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting to ensure alignment between reporting and the financial statements
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform business decisions and growth initiatives
  • Assist in preparing materials for leadership and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvements to reporting processes and data quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
  • 4-6 years of experience using advanced Excel functionality
  • Master’s Degree or CFA a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and revenue drivers
  • Proficient in advanced Excel techniques
  • Ability to work with large datasets
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to partner across business lines and influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
