Job Description

Dormakaba Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a hybrid role in Reamstown, PA. The position blends day-to-day operational finance responsibilities with long-term strategic planning, including budgeting, performance tracking, and support for month-end close activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze monthly plant performance versus targets, determine variance drivers, and recommend corrective actions to support operational performance and financial decision-making.
  • Support the local rollout of the Global Operations Controlling Manual by helping ensure adoption of standardized processes and reporting practices.
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting of key metrics and operational KPIs aligned with global finance standards.
  • Participate in and support strategic corporate initiatives focused on improving productivity and continuous improvement; track project outcomes and contribute to business cases using financial modeling and analysis.
  • Coordinate inputs and manage planning calendars for the Medium-Term Plan and Annual Budget processes, and support forecast updates through scenario modeling and variance analysis.
  • Assist the month-end close process by validating results, performing balance sheet reviews, collaborating with dormakaba shared services, and ensuring alignment with operational performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or FP&A in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, plus ERP system experience.
  • Working knowledge of a manufacturing environment with a standard-based accounting system.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of consolidation systems and SAP.
  • Credentials such as CPA, CMA, or MBA.
  • Experience supporting or participating in ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Compensation and Benefits

Hiring salary range: Base Salary $95,000 - $110,000 (salary determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data). Plus an annual bonus.
