Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in enterprise financial planning and performance analysis at Tower Hill Insurance Group LLC. The position focuses on building financial models, interpreting trends, and assessing business drivers that support budgeting, forecasting, corporate development work, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting by producing detailed financial models and related analysis.
• Leverage Workday (Adaptive) Planning and other financial systems to maintain forecasts and produce reporting deliverables.
• Review quarterly income statement and balance sheet results to identify key trends and performance drivers.
• Examine monthly cost center expense reports, investigate variances, and support discussions with relevant departments.
• Prepare variance analyses that compare actual results to budget and forecast for management review.
• Create supporting schedules and financial reports used for leadership discussions, rating agency reporting, and other internal presentations.
• Support financial modeling and analysis tied to strategic initiatives and M&A due diligence.
• Help improve financial reporting tools, dashboards, and analytical processes across the FP&A function.
• Contribute to assigned special projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
