Senior Financial Analyst

In this Senior Financial Analyst position, you will contribute to entity capital planning, forecasting, and operational performance improvement. You will build and facilitate financial and operational analyses that enable data-driven decision-making across the entity.

• Help strengthen a growing culture of data-driven and appropriate financial and operational decision-making across the entity.

Requirements

• Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
• Associate degree plus 10+ years of relevant healthcare finance experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or revenue cycle
• Experience with database and decision support systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, including strong knowledge of Excel
• Ability to gather, manipulate, and interpret large volumes of data and convert it into usable information for operational and system-related problem-solving
• Ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines, with strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to command respect and confidence with professional peers
• Understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, issues, and risks

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation: USD 38 to 45 per hour. Minimum experience: 5 years.
