Senior Financial Analyst

SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Dallas, TX (onsite) to support budgeting, reporting, and business performance analysis for executive and board-level needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly executive management reports featuring key metrics, financial performance, and variance analysis
• Support preparation of the annual budget
• Produce monthly financial statements, including:
  • Balance sheet
  • Income statement
  • Statement of cash flows
• Conduct revenue forecast analysis and related reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and drive automation in recurring processes
• Manage entity compliance requirements, including preparation and filing of annual reports with state agencies to maintain good standing
• Manage local tax compliance by preparing and filing:
  • Business license taxes
  • Business and occupational license (BOL) taxes
  • Other applicable local tax returns
• Prepare documentation and coordinate with an external tax preparer for annual tax returns
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including ad hoc special projects for executive management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business program
• 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, Power Query, and VBA is a plus) and experience with financial modeling
• Experience with ERP software, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
• Proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to navigate challenges independently and use available resources
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization
