SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST

LGM Pharma, LLC is looking for a Senior Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) to join its Finance team in Boca Raton, FL (onsite). In this role, you will support internal and external financial reporting, contribute to Board of Directors materials, and help shape monthly in-depth office and department-level reporting, financial plans, and ad hoc analysis. The position offers the chance to drive actionable insights through advanced modeling and scenario development, working closely with operational leaders to improve visibility into performance.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Planning Analyst will support core FP&A processes and deliver analytics that help guide decision-making across the business.

• Assist with the annual financial planning process, including quarterly reforecasts, periodic updates, and detailed office-level plans
• Support reporting of key data points to operational department heads to enable deeper insight into functional-area performance
• Help develop and implement provider performance reporting to strengthen understanding of monthly results
• Respond to and generate ad hoc analytics and reports as business needs arise
• Contribute to identifying and communicating key insights and analytics
• Assist in creating finance and business presentations and related supporting materials

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree required and Master’s degree preferred, with concentration in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics
• Demonstrated success in financial modeling and analysis
• Experience with financial planning and analysis, including annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning
• Ability to analyze income statement variances versus budget and support re-forecasting
• Experience developing, maintaining, and distributing ad hoc reports and financial (Bradbury) models as needed
• Experience analyzing business drivers and key performance indicators
• Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Solid organization, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a positive team environment
• Ability to follow instructions and provide guidance and instruction to others
