Senior Retirement Planner/Senior Financial Advisor

Golden Reserve LLC, a growing nationwide RIA and insurance firm, is seeking a Senior Retirement Planner/Senior Financial Advisor to lead client conversations from its Cleveland, OH onsite office. This role emphasizes direct client leadership, strict adherence to established processes, and mentoring developing advisors, with tangible pathways into management as the firm scales, backed by pre-qualified leads and robust marketing support. Responsibilities

• Lead and guide client meetings, delivering tailored retirement planning strategies
• Maintain and enforce Golden Reserve's processes and standards
• Serve as a culture leader and mentor for developing advisors

Requirements

• Seven or more years of new client financial services sales experience (not servicing)
• Active State Life and Health Insurance licenses
• Series 65 or an equivalent credential
