Job Description
Compensation: USD 24,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the practice's operations and workflows
- Engage in Joint Fieldwork to develop expertise and adopt industry best practices
- Consult with new and existing clients to grow the client base and deepen relationships
- Present suitable products, assist with applications, prepare recommendations, and service current client contracts
- Position solutions and strategies to help clients achieve financial clarity
- Develop proficiency in common advisory tools and platforms such as Salesforce, MoneyGuide Pro, What-If Tax, and related systems
- Participate in events to attract new clients and provide financial education to the local community
- Research client inquiries and deliver timely responses
- Collaborate with the Lead Advisor on complex scenarios
- Schedule, prepare for, and document every client meeting
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Advisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and verification of securities registration and/or insurance licensing, as applicable

Licensing and Training
- During the first 8 to 13 weeks, you will study for and obtain required licenses (varies by individual), which may include:
- Resident state Life, Health and Annuity
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Series 6 and 63, 7 and 66, or 7, 63 and 65
- After licensing, you may enroll in a comprehensive 6-week training program
