Job Description

Strategic Wealth Advisors is hiring a part-time Financial Services Client Service Associate in Gig Harbor, WA (in person). This role centers on creating responsive, well-organized client support, with hands-on coordination for client communications, CRM tracking, and seminar event hosting and scheduling. Hourly pay is $20.00 to $24.00 with an expected 25 to 30 hours per week, plus paid time off.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide prompt responses to requests
Manage day-to-day client communications
Utilize CRM software to track client interactions and monitor progress
Collaborate with the advisor team to support revenue growth efforts
Be available for off-site meetings and serve as host/scheduler for seminar events
Assist with project management tasks tied to client service initiatives

Requirements

Experience in financial services or a related field (minimum 1 year)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Redtail or other CRM tools
Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights

Tools and Technologies

CRM, including Redtail
Excel
Microsoft Suite (msft suite)
