Siemens Mobility invites you to join as a Regional Financial and Digital Analyst for FPM North America in Lexington, NC. This onsite role focuses on performance management, digitalization initiatives, analytics development, and executive-level reporting within a global matrix environment. The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000, a 5% to 10% discretionary annual bonus, and the opportunity to collaborate across regional teams and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Understand the drivers and value flows of a large scale international project business, including P&L and balance sheet dynamics, to support performance insights.
- Enhance performance through KPI driven transparency and persuasive, data backed recommendations.
- Develop analytics solutions and monitoring suites for project operations and financial performance.
- Independently tackle complex topics and deliver results quickly within a fast paced, global matrix organization.
- Communicate with and present to executive stakeholders, building trustworthy relationships.
- Lead continuous improvement of financial processes and tools through collaboration and digitalization to boost productivity.
- Support month end close, ad hoc financial analysis, budget assistance, and variance analysis to enable timely decisions.
- Conduct cost center analysis, regional corporate controlling, and support business units with financial reporting.
- Create analytics to monitor financial metrics and proactively identify improvement and cost saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present global reports on programs and initiatives, plus ad hoc analyses for senior management and international partners.
- Develop and implement analytics and digital solutions to measure across local and regional entities, increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate aggregation, transparency, and reporting of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, alongside budgeting and monthly forecasting.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field; substantial equivalent experience may be substituted.
- At least 3 years of experience in a finance related function, international controlling, or commercial project management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a solution oriented mindset.
- Team oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in handling large data sets and managing deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Salary is commensurate with experience and ranges between 70,000 CAD and 90,000 CAD, excluding bonus and benefits. In addition to the base salary, this role includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus ranging from 5% to 10%, based on company performance metrics.
