The Chief Financial Officer at A-Line Flooring leads financial operations and drives sustainable growth as a senior member of the executive team.

Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to ensure fiscal health and growth.
Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, account reconciliation, and corporate accounting practices in compliance with GAAP.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Manage financial reporting processes, including detailed financial reports, profit and loss statements, and audit documentation per regulatory standards.
Implement robust risk management practices to identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Cultivate relationships with financial service providers, investors, and stakeholders to support business development and funding initiatives.
Lead efforts in governmental and non-profit accounting as applicable to ensure sector-specific compliance.
Utilize advanced financial software tools for data analysis, reporting, and process automation to enhance efficiency.
Drive organizational growth through strategic planning, business development initiatives, and effective management of profit and loss responsibilities.

Minimum five years in senior financial leadership roles such as CFO or equivalent, across diverse industries.
Extensive knowledge of financial sales, negotiation skills, and experience handling complex financial transactions.
Strong background in non-profit and governmental accounting, plus technical accounting principles including GAAP.
Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting techniques, budgeting processes, and strategic planning.
Proficiency with financial software systems and experience with general ledger accounting.
Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proven leadership history with the ability to develop high-performing teams and foster collaboration.
Strong business acumen and communication skills for clear reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Master’s degree preferred.
