Job Description

Responsibilities

Expand your client roster by deepening relationships within your network and refining knowledge of Northwestern Mutual products and current market trends.
Educate yourself beyond initial training through sponsored licensing and continuous development; use planning software, reporting tools, and illustrations to explain potential plans to clients.
Influence clients by presenting protection and growth opportunities and guiding them to take informed action through expert recommendations.
Own the development and management of the business as you master your craft and grow a team; review and maintain client financial plans to ensure optimal guidance for evolving needs.

Requirements

A four-year degree from an accredited institution; MBA preferred.
Current Series 6 or 7 and/or Series 63 or 66, or a plan to become fully licensed.
Proven success in the investment business or a track record in sales, athletics, military, client services, or other client-facing roles.
Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning concepts.
Prior management or business ownership experience preferred.
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
