Job Description

Spitzer Autoworld in North Jackson, Ohio is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financing and insurance sales process for customers, coordinating with lenders to deliver tailored financial services at the dealership. This onsite role focuses on driving profitability while upholding compliance and delivering solid customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Markets financing options and insurance products to customers.
Drives the achievement of financial services production targets and gross objectives.
Evaluates customer credit applications for financing suitability.
Offers extended service contracts and additional owner protection programs to customers.
Assesses the profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership.
Applies the dealership's menu selling approach in customer discussions.
Maintains customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
Ensures compliance with laws and regulatory obligations governing financial services and products, including Red Flag standards.
Adheres to Safeguard and Transaction compliance requirements.
Ensures all activities comply with organizational guidelines and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Oversees the preparation and submission of financing documents.
Serves as the liaison between customers and lending institutions.
Ensures adherence to the dealership’s F&I reporting requirements.
Participates in weekly manager meetings.
Collaborates with staff and customers to build relationships and bridge gaps in the sales process.
Builds rapport with customers to generate referrals and present financing and product options.
Meets monthly objectives.
Coordinates with service advisors to address warranty and service contract inquiries.
Trains the sales team on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service offerings.
Other related duties as assigned.
