Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring accuracy, clear assumptions, and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Collaborate with business leaders to inform decision-making through insights and scenario analysis.
- Produce and present executive-level financial reporting with a clear narrative and business impact.
- Advance FP&A processes, drive reporting automation, and enhance data quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models.
