The Recruiting Manager (Finance & Accounting Permanent Placement) is an onsite role in Naperville, IL, responsible for expanding client relationships and identifying new business opportunities while leading full-time finance and accounting recruiting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a client base and generate new business opportunities.
- Introduce services to new and existing clients through video, telephone, and in-person meetings to increase utilization of offerings.
- Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals into full-time positions with client organizations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Maintain consistent communication and provide career guidance to candidates.
- Participate in industry trade associations to strengthen presence in the local finance and accounting community.
Required Qualifications
- Business related degree, ideally in finance or accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in public/industry accounting and/or finance, and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience.
- Proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High sense of urgency.
- Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to manage and grow the business.
Preferred Qualifications
Compensation
Base salary: USD 60,000 to 80,000 per year.
Bonus: Bonus pay is available for talent professional positions based on achievement of performance objectives.
Negotiability: Salary may be negotiated based on experience and location.
