Recruiting Manager

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is hiring a Recruiting Manager based in the Houston Galleria. In this onsite role, you will build a pipeline of client relationships and new business opportunities while recruiting, assessing, and placing finance and accounting professionals for full-time positions. You will also support both clients and candidates through consistent communication, career guidance, and high-touch service.

What you will do

• Develop and expand a client base and generate new business opportunities
• Introduce Robert Half’s services to new and existing clients through video, telephone, and in-person meetings to increase service utilization
• Recruit, evaluate, and place finance and accounting professionals for full-time roles with clients
• Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
• Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
• Participate in industry trade associations to strengthen local presence within finance and accounting communities

Qualifications

• Business-related degree
• 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting and/or successful permanent placement recruiting experience
• Proven track record of success
• Excellent communication skills
• High sense of urgency
• Ability to leverage finance and accounting experience to help manage and grow the business

Compensation and benefits

Compensation includes base salary and bonus pay (for talent professional positions). Benefits include group health insurance (medical, vision, dental), flexible spending and health savings accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption, surrogacy and fertility assistance, and paid parental leave of up to 6 weeks. The role also includes short/long term disability and paid time off for vacation, personal needs, and sick time.
