Job Description
In this client-facing role, you will help individuals identify, define, and work toward long-term financial objectives while guiding them through a sound financial strategy. The position is based in Pasadena, CA and includes structured training and ongoing support through NYLIC University.
Role Overview
Financial Professionals partner with clients to clarify financial goals and translate them into actionable, long-term planning. The role provides access to a comprehensive set of financial products and services, along with training, support, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify, outline, and pursue their financial goals.
- Provide a comprehensive array of financial products and services to support development of a sound, long-term financial strategy.
Location and Compensation
- Location: Pasadena, CA (onsite)
- Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 per year
Qualifications
- BA or BS degree from a four-year institution (preferred)
- Prior financial services background not required
- Chinese bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision
