Job Description
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze financial data aligned with the company’s goals and financial position.
- Assemble and summarize data to produce sophisticated reports on financial status.
- Consolidate and analyze budgets and income statement forecasts with respect to objectives and financial standing.
- Propose creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
- Assemble and summarize data to structure reports on financial status and risks.
- Develop financial models, perform benchmarking, and conduct process analysis.
- Conduct business studies on past, present and comparative performance to develop forecast models.
- Gather meaningful information, identify trends, and recommend actions to management based on sound analysis.
- Track and determine financial status by comparing actual results with forecasts.
- Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
- Stay informed about market trends and update job knowledge accordingly.
- Consult with management to guide long term and strategic decision making across the organization.
- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
- Actively assist the monthly financial close in all respects.
- Lead and manage Operations Finance projects.
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly financial close process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of proven work experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing setting; electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications; Oracle knowledge is highly desirable.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to draw conclusions and convey results.
- Solid knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting and the monthly close process.
- Ability to interpret, organize, and analyze financial data from multiple sources including engineering, shop floor, accounting, and other areas.
- Experience developing ad hoc reports and presentations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Leadership skills to drive multi-department projects.
- Excellent time management and prioritization to meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

Salary
Base salary range is USD 80,000 to 120,000 per year. Actual base pay will be determined at offer based on relevant experience, education, certifications, and skills. This role is part of the total rewards package, which includes health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays, and PTO for vacation/personal needs, as well as eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
