Compensation & Advancement

• Structured progression in compensation as leadership responsibility increases
• Initial phase compensation is performance-based

Pay

• $70,000 to $200,000 per year
• $75,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Have led teams or owned measurable performance outcomes
