Finance Analyst - AI Trainer

The Finance Analyst - AI Trainer role, based in Albany, GA with remote options, focuses on training AI models for finance tasks, measuring chatbot progress, evaluating logic, and improving model quality.

Responsibilities

• Expose AI chatbots to a broad set of financial problems, including CFA-inspired scenarios, and conduct thorough output evaluations
• Review AI model responses for accuracy across CFA curriculum domains: Ethics & Standards, Portfolio Management, Equity & Fixed Income Valuation, Derivatives, and Alternative Investments
• Assess financial models for correctness, sound methodology, and alignment with CFA Institute standards
• Deliver structured feedback to enhance AI reasoning on both quantitative and qualitative finance tasks

Requirements

• CFA Charterholder or active CFA candidate (Level I, II, or III) strongly preferred
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical discipline
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, portfolio theory, valuation, and data analysis
• Familiarity with CFA Institute's Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct is a plus
• A current, in-progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is a plus but not required
