Finance & Business Management - Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Support divisional and regional business managers through reporting, analysis, and deep dives into results to understand and optimize performance
• Prepare divisional and regional business review packages
• Generate periodic and ad hoc analyses to support financial and strategic objectives
• Develop in-depth knowledge to become the team's subject matter expert on key focus areas
• Participate in and support ad hoc special projects and requests as needed
• Contribute to divisional and national initiatives, including owning and advancing select projects at divisional or national level

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Financial Services experience
• Knowledge and understanding of financial principles with the ability to link results to activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent and changing project deliverables
• Ability to work collaboratively and develop dynamic relationships across the organization
• Strong follow-through, initiative, and sense of urgency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial applications
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering solutions and meticulous attention to detail
• Some travel may be required
