Finance Manager, FP&A

Santikos Entertainment is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A in San Antonio, TX (onsite). In this role, you will lead planning and analysis that help organizational leaders make better decisions, improve financial performance, and strengthen reporting. You will also help modernize budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting, while supporting strategic initiatives including M&A activity.

What you’ll do

• Own the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with department leaders to build plans that are both accurate and actionable.
• Develop and maintain long-range financial models using key business drivers, assumptions, and scenario planning.
• Perform financial and operating performance analysis to explain variances, identify trends, and surface risks and opportunities.
• Convert results into clear insights and recommendations tailored for senior leadership.
• Create dashboards and management reporting that provide meaningful visibility into company performance.
• Partner with the Corporate Controller and senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, and key business decisions.
• Support M&A and strategic initiatives through financial modeling, due diligence, and integration activities.
• Support financial controls, compliance activities, and the annual external audit.
• Identify ways to automate and improve financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into practical business insights.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work effectively with leaders across the organization.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset, including a desire to improve processes and challenge the status quo.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credentials are a plus, but not required.
