Finance Subject Matter Experts are invited to join Prolific's Expert Network in San Jose, CA (remote) to train and evaluate AI models using professional financial insights, with a short qualifying test and paid, flexible, remote engagement if selected.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret financial documents, including corporate reports, B2B data, and regulatory filings, to verify information accuracy.
• Provide prompt responses based on financial data to help AI models understand technical terminology and complex fiscal concepts.
• Validate AI outputs to ensure consistency with professional financial standards and logical economic reasoning.
• Offer nuanced expert feedback to bridge human finance expertise and machine learning processes.

Requirements

• Education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience as an analyst, accountant, or financial advisor.
• Strong numerical literacy with the ability to interpret financial statements, data sets, and market reports accurately.
• A keen financial mindset capable of spotting trends, identifying discrepancies, and delivering logical, data-supported analyses.
• Ability to work independently on remote, ad hoc assignments that fit around existing professional commitments.
• Maintain a PayPal account to receive payments.
