Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish and grow a faith-based financial practice that guides Christian clients toward financial clarity and supports lives of service and faith.
  • Offer personalized, actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
  • Develop and sustain genuine, long-term relationships across generations, with the ability to serve clients in your chosen community.
  • Schedule client meetings through your network and Thrivent's reputation, lead effective financial workshops, and market your practice.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to support work‑life balance.
  • Operate within a collaborative culture where colleagues are invested in your success and willing to assist.
  • Receive support from specialists across business development, marketing, technology, client engagement, and experienced advisors as you build your business.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
  • For licensed roles, possession of FINRA SIE along with life and health licenses before contracting.
  • Successful completion of a background check, fingerprinting, and verification of securities registration and/or insurance licensing where applicable.
