Job Description
Join a collaborative financial advisory team where you will provide consultative, sales and technical support to Financial Advisors. Your work will help meet client needs, actively source prospective clients, and contribute to leadership and strategic planning to advance the team’s goals and overall client value.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to setting the strategic direction of the Financial Advisor team to drive revenue growth
- Consult with clients and prospects to analyze goals, objectives and risk tolerance, identify suitable investment products and services, and implement them as appropriate
- Assist clients with trades, information requests, research, and account issues
- Provide ongoing relationship management support, including counsel, relationship reviews and client service initiatives
- Assist in preparing for and delivering client presentations and engagements
- Support the Advisor in maintaining profitable securities and insurance sales by pursuing opportunities from external networking and internal referrals
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards established by Truist, FINRA and other regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four years of professional experience, including one year in the securities industry
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Applicable state health and life insurance licenses; jurisdictional registrations must align with those of the supported advisors
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasive and relationship-management skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
