Job Description
Thrivent is seeking a Financial Advisor in Indianapolis, IN to provide purpose-based financial guidance and connect clients to Thrivent products. This onsite role offers a clear path to build a commission-based practice after onboarding and licensing, centered on developing genuine, long-term relationships. The position provides a base salary of USD 150,000 per year, with the flexibility to balance work and life, and the support of a collaborative culture focused on service and faith-driven impact.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a financial practice that guides Christian clients toward financial clarity in support of a life of service and faith.
- Provide personal, actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
- Build and sustain genuine, long-term relationships across generations, serving clients in your chosen community with trust and understanding.
- Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver recognized financial workshops, and market your practice.
- Maintain a flexible schedule that supports a healthy work‑life balance.
- Collaborate within a culture where colleagues are invested in your success and ready to help you achieve it.
- Receive support from specialists across the organization—business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors—as you grow your business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role) required before contracting.
- Successful background check, fingerprinting, and verification of securities registration and/or insurance licensing as applicable.
