The Financial Advisor position in San Antonio centers on building a faith based financial practice, delivering personalized guidance, and growing enduring client relationships with the backing of Thrivent specialists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a faith based practice that guides Christians toward financial clarity, enabling lives of service and faith.
- Offer personal, actionable guidance and connect clients with Thrivent products and programs.
- Establish and maintain genuine, multigenerational relationships rooted in trust and understanding, serving clients within your chosen community.
- Schedule client appointments by leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, while delivering impactful financial workshops and marketing your practice.
- Maintain schedule flexibility to support a healthy work life balance.
- Collaborate within a culture where colleagues are invested in your success and ready to assist you.
- Receive support from specialists across business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors as you build your practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Military veterans are encouraged to apply.
- Attainment of FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting.
- Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.
