Job Description

Thrivent is hiring a Financial Advisor to deliver purpose-based guidance and build long-term client relationships in Lansing, MI.

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a financial practice that helps Christians move toward financial clarity
  • Deliver personal, actionable, achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs
  • Establish and maintain genuine long-term relationships across generations, grounded in trust and understanding
  • Serve clients in your chosen community
  • Schedule and run client appointments using your network and Thrivent’s reputation
  • Deliver award-winning financial workshops and market your practice
  • Maintain schedule flexibility to support work-life balance
  • Work within a collaborative culture where colleagues support your success
  • Leverage organization-wide specialist support, including business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Military veterans are encouraged to apply
  • Attain FINRA SIE and life and health licenses (licensed role only) before contracting
  • Complete a satisfactory background check, fingerprinting, and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable

Pay

  • Up to USD 150,000 per year
