Job Description
As a Financial Advisor based in Sacramento, CA, you will build and expand a client base while helping individuals navigate important financial decisions. The role combines ongoing training and support with commission-based compensation and practical tools to develop tailored insurance and financial product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a client base through networking, referrals, and active community involvement.
- Build lasting relationships and guide clients through decisions related to retirement, protection, and education planning.
- Provide tailored solutions across insurance and other financial products.
- Create and implement financial plans based on services available through the organization, accounting for each client’s financial needs and life circumstances.
- Support clients with decisions involving life insurance, mutual funds, savings plans, and other financial products and services.
- Participate in educational meetings or seminars tied to client risk tolerance and financial objectives, including research prior to offering financial guidance.
- Collect and document personal financial information, including status, cash flow, and expectations, in the organization’s CRM.
- Continuously identify and generate prospects using social media and other marketing tools, and build strong relationships with new clients as a trusted advisor.
- Grow knowledge and skills through ongoing training and real-world experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong relationship management skills and/or experience required.
- Uncompromising integrity and the ability to communicate complex ideas.
- Ability to network to identify potential new clients.
- Location requirement: Greater Sacramento Region (Northern California) to be considered.

Compensation
- Base annual range: USD 85,000 to 125,000 per year.
- Commission-based compensation: income is commission-based, with individual agent performance determining earnings.
- 2024 reference point: average income of financial professionals under the N8 and N9 Agent’s Contract who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $120,555.
