Compensation and growth

The position offers a base salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential driven by results. Advisors can earn $100,000+ in their first year, and a significant portion of pay is tied to performance. The company supports substantial career growth through structured development programs.

Training, onboarding and career advancement

Responsibilities

  • Identify and schedule appointments with potential clients
  • Meet with clients to assess their financial needs
  • Develop customized financial plans aligned with each client's goals

  • Provide ongoing consultation and support

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or an industry-related field
  • Must obtain series licenses and qualify to be approved as a Financial Advisor prior to starting on site
  • Must be a U.S. or permanent resident
  • Willingness to work on-site
