Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager

Tristate Financial Advisors is expanding its Philadelphia practice, inviting a Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager to join the onsite team and help clients navigate their financial journeys. You will guide prospecting efforts, evaluate client needs, and design tailored plans, backed by in-office training and a clear path for advancement. The role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential for high performers and opportunities to grow within the firm.

Responsibilities

• Identify and schedule meetings with prospective clients
• Meet with clients to assess their financial needs
• Develop customized financial plans aligned with each client's goals
• Maintain strong client relationships and monitor progress over time
• Provide ongoing consultation and support

Requirements

• An associate’s degree in business or a related field
• Must obtain series licenses and qualify to be approved as a Financial Advisor prior to starting in office
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Willing to work in the office
