Job Description
Based in Nashua, New Hampshire, Amphenol Communications Solutions' High Speed Products Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to strengthen its division-wide financial oversight. This hybrid role focuses on consolidating and analyzing financial data, supporting division-level reporting, and driving process improvements, all while maintaining internal controls and delivering ad hoc analyses for leadership.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze financial data across multiple operating groups to support division-level reporting, leadership reviews, and informed decision-making.
- Partner with functional leaders to support financial reporting, understand performance, and investigate variances.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and efficiency through standardization and automation.
- Maintain a strong internal control environment by ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial reporting requirements.
- Lead and support ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests, and special projects in collaboration with corporate, internal audit, and divisional leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related finance roles.
- Proactive communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams, time zones, and all levels of the organization, including operational teams, finance partners, and executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial results and identify business implications.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Intermediate PowerPoint skills with proficiency in financial commentary.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and proactively drive results in a dynamic environment.
